President Hall Presented with Individual Changemaker Award at Nonprofit Westchester's 2019 Keep Westchester Thriving Awards
On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, Mercy College President Tim Hall was presented with the Individual Changemaker award at Nonprofit Westchester’s 2019 Keep Westchester Thriving Awards, an annual celebration that honors county leaders who display creativity, innovation, novel approaches and collaboration in achieving their organization’s objectives.
“I am grateful to have received the Individual Changemaker award from Nonprofit Westchester, an organization that strengthens the impact, capacity and visibility of the organizations that provide vital services for our communities,” said Hall. “The award is a testament to Mercy College’s Board of Trustees, faculty and staff’s abilities to collaborate in producing leading programs so that our students continue to thrive.”
“President Hall exemplifies the organizational leadership traits that keep Westchester thriving,” said Nonprofit Westchester Executive Director Jan Fisher. “We are proud to give him an award, and we commend him for advancing exceptional, forward-thinking programs that ensure Mercy students’ success.”
The 2019 Keep Westchester Thriving Awards took place at The Surf Club on The Sound in New Rochelle, New York. Along with the awards reception, Nonprofit Westchester elected new members and recognized their inaugural graduating class of their 2019 Emerging Leaders Program at the event.
