FAQs

Eligibility is based on financial status, with priority given to students in highest need.

The application process involves completing an interest form. A Digital Coach will follow up shortly after form submission to provide a final decision on approval.

Students do get to keep the laptop permanently after graduating from Mercy. The laptop and hotspot are provided for enrolled students to support their studies but become their property once they complete their degree program.

If your provided laptop breaks or becomes damaged, replacement options are available on a limited basis. Students may receive up to 1 additional laptop replacement during their enrollment in the program, depending on the nature of the damage and current availability of equipment.

For minor issues or malfunctions, our IT support staff will attempt repairs so the original laptop can remain in use. In cases of significant damage, students should alert their digital coach or our IT help desk to report the issue.
